Chronic hand eczema is one of the most common and disabling skin conditions seen in dermatology and occupational health clinics. It affects work, sleep and daily life, and it is often under-diagnosed or managed with repeated short courses of topical steroids. This 70-minute session brings together leading Saudi and Kuwaiti dermatologists to review what CHE is, how big the burden really is in the region, how to diagnose and classify it, and how to manage it in practice — including the newer and emerging treatments now reaching clinics.
