The 6th World Congress on Endoscopic Ear Surgery (EES Congress 2027 / WCEES 2027) takes place from 11 to 13 November 2027 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The congress is hosted by the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at Sultan Qaboos University under the umbrella of the International Working Group on Endoscopic Ear Surgery (IWGEES), the Oman Otorhinolaryngology Society and Oman's Ministry of Health.
Endoscopic ear surgery has revolutionised otology, offering minimally invasive solutions with unparalleled precision. WCEES 2027 offers a comprehensive scientific programme extending beyond endoscopic ear surgery to include major advances in otology, neurotology, lateral and anterior skull base surgery, hearing implants, and emerging technologies. The congress features keynote lectures, instructional courses, live and cadaveric dissection demonstrations, and free-paper sessions.
The congress is led by Congress President Prof. Rashid Al Abri, Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at Sultan Qaboos University, alongside IWGEES President Prof. Daniele Marchioni, one of the pioneers of endoscopic ear surgery worldwide.
