The American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting & Postgraduate Course takes place in Nashville, Tennessee, from 9 to 14 October 2026. It is one of the premier clinical gastroenterology meetings in the world, attracting gastroenterologists, hepatologists, advanced practice providers, fellows and researchers.
The week opens with the ACG Postgraduate Course, a renowned clinical update led by expert faculty, followed by the Annual Scientific Meeting with plenary sessions, symposia, breakfast sessions, and thousands of abstracts presented as oral and poster contributions. Topics cover inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, endoscopy and interventional GI, functional and motility disorders, colorectal cancer screening, pancreaticobiliary disease, obesity and nutrition, and GI oncology.
Hands-on workshops in the Hands-On Workshop Center allow attendees to practise endoscopic techniques, while dedicated tracks support APPs and trainees. The meeting offers substantial CME and MOC credit.
