In this IPOS webinar, A/Prof Ben Smith (University of Sydney) and A/Prof Jia (Jenny) Liu (St Vincent's Health Network Sydney / UNSW) introduce a newly developed training program designed to strengthen clinicians' knowledge, confidence and capacity to address FCR. The session includes a brief live walkthrough of the training, the story behind its development, findings from its evaluation — including its impact on knowledge, confidence and perceived barriers to addressing FCR — and next steps for implementation and future development.

Participants can access the training materials before the webinar and bring their questions for an interactive discussion with the presenters.
