- Date & time: Monday, 17 August 2026 · 16:00 UTC (18:00 CET · 12:00 PM New York · 19:00 KSA)

What it covers
As CAR T-cell therapy moves earlier in the treatment pathway and into younger patients, fertility and reproductive outcomes have become a core survivorship question rather than an afterthought. This session reviews what is currently known about gonadal function after lymphodepletion and CAR T-cell infusion, how to counsel patients before apheresis, which fertility-preservation options are realistic within the CAR T timeline, and the outcomes reported so far in patients who conceived after cellular therapy. Practical management pathways and multidisciplinary referral models are discussed.
