King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre hosts the Recent Advances in Genomic Oncology Conference at its Postgraduate Centre Auditorium in Riyadh on 9–10 September 2026, running 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM on both days. The two-day meeting gathers local and national experts to examine how cancer genomics is reshaping day-to-day clinical decision-making across oncology, haematology and laboratory medicine.

- Genomic testing in haematological, paediatric, gastrointestinal and breast malignancies
- Hereditary cancer syndromes and clinical cancer genetics
- Cytogenetics, quality in genomic testing, and precision oncology technologies
- BRCA1/2 findings in the Saudi population, plus single-cell and multi-omics approaches in breast cancer
The programme also features two hands-on workshops on somatic variant assessment and classification, interactive panel discussions, and a closing session on the future directions of cancer genomics.
