5 Nov 2026 – 9 Nov 2026 · Colorado Convention Center, Denver, CO, USA · In-Person
The Liver Meeting (TLM) 2026 is the annual flagship meeting of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD), the world's largest gathering of hepatology professionals. For 2026, TLM begins one day earlier than usual — Thursday, November 5 — and concludes on Monday, November 9, a one-time scheduling adjustment made in recognition of Diwali.
Program
More than 2,900 abstracts have been released in the online abstract supplement, alongside late-breaking abstracts whose embargo lifts on November 5. The five-day program includes:
- Scientific sessions spanning the full spectrum of liver disease, including dedicated obesity medicine programming
- Meet-the-Experts sessions and academic debates
- Special Interest Group (SIG) programming, meet-ups and receptions
- Patient and patient advocate programming throughout the meeting
- Satellite symposia and TLM Theater industry sessions
- Networking sessions for early-career attendees, first-timers, international attendees and hepatology associates
- The Awards & Honors Gala celebrating AASLD and AASLD Foundation awardees
Registration
General in-person registration includes admission to general programming, networking events, receptions and full access to TLMdX OnDemand. Published rates include $50 for patients/caregivers/advocates, $105–$185 for trainees and allied health professionals, and $470–$900 for physicians and scientists, with tiered deadlines (regular registration closes October 7; housing deadline October 15).
