The 10th International Egyptian Stroke Conference is held together with the 2nd National Egyptian Stroke Network Conference at the Triumph Luxury Hotel in New Cairo, Egypt. A pre-congress workshop day is on 7 April 2027, followed by the main congress on 8–9 April 2027. The meeting is organised by the Stroke Chapter of the Egyptian Society of Neurology, Psychiatry and Neurosurgery (ESNPN), one of the oldest neuroscience societies in the region. Conference management is by Misr 2000, a Cairo professional conference organiser founded in 1998.
The Egyptian Stroke Conference has grown over ten editions into a key regional meeting for neurologists, stroke physicians, neuro-interventionists, emergency physicians, rehabilitation specialists, nurses and researchers involved in stroke care. Running it alongside the National Egyptian Stroke Network Conference highlights the growth of organised stroke services in Egypt, including stroke units, thrombolysis and thrombectomy pathways, and network-based care.
According to the welcome message from Conference President Prof. Mohamed Hamdy, the scientific agenda is "rich with updated subjects in different fields of stroke, stroke awareness and research". It aims to share the progress taking place across the region and cover the most recent updates in the stroke field.

ESNPN's board is led by President Prof. Sali Elkholy, with Vice Presidents Prof. Azza Abbas Ghaly, Prof. Ismail Ramadan and Prof. Mohammed Abdelrahman, and General Secretary Prof. Hatem Samir Shehata.
