The 5th Riyadh Structural Heart Conference (RSH 2027) takes place from 21 to 23 January 2027 at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Under the banner "Leading Innovation. Transforming Lives.", RSH has become one of the region's main meeting points for structural heart specialists.
Chaired by Prof. Mohammed Balghith, the conference brings together cardiovascular leaders and structural heart experts from the USA, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and the GCC to share the latest advances in a fast-moving field.
What the programme covers
The Scientific Committee is preparing a three-day programme of state-of-the-art lectures, expert discussions and practical teaching on established and emerging procedures and technologies, including:
- TAVI / TAVR and leaflet modification procedures
- TEER, TMVR and TTVR for mitral and tricuspid disease
- Left atrial appendage closure (LAAC)
- Adult congenital heart disease
Throughout, the focus is on patient selection, multimodality imaging, procedural planning, technique, challenging cases, complication management and the latest clinical developments.
Live cases and workshops
A major highlight is live case transmissions from leading international centres, showing complex cases and the newest devices, with the chance to follow real-time decision-making and question experienced operators. The meeting also features dedicated workshops, plenary sessions, panel discussions and case-based sessions, plus separate tracks for Allied Health Professionals and TAVR for Young Cardiologists.
