Overview
Best of EASL 2026 is a half-day online webinar organised by the Saudi Society for the Study of Liver Disease and Transplantation (SASLT), bringing the most important updates and highlights from the EASL Liver Congress 2026 in Barcelona directly to hepatologists, gastroenterologists and allied clinicians across Saudi Arabia and the region.
Held on Saturday, 29 August 2026 (13:00–15:30), the session condenses a week of international congress data into a focused, high-yield programme. Each talk is delivered by a Saudi or regionally based expert who distils the practice-changing abstracts, late-breaking trials and guideline shifts presented in Barcelona, and frames them for local practice — patient populations, drug availability, referral pathways and transplant capacity in the Kingdom.
