Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference (HIC) Singapore 2026 is a one-day meeting on artificial intelligence in medicine and the life sciences. It runs on Saturday 21 November 2026, 09:00–17:00, at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine), Nanyang Technological University Novena Campus, 11 Mandalay Road, Singapore. Leave a Nest Singapore organises the conference and LKCMedicine, NTU Singapore, co-organises it, under the theme "Built with AI. Built for Impact."
AI is changing biomedical research, clinical care, medical education and scientific discovery. As Singapore moves ahead with its National AI Strategy 2.0, the focus is on turning AI ideas into trusted, responsible solutions that improve health outcomes. HIC Singapore 2026 brings together researchers, clinicians, innovators, policymakers, startups and industry. They will look at how intelligent technologies can read living systems, support continuous patient-centred care and link disciplines to shape future healthcare.

- 13:00 Panel 1: Teaching Machines to Read Living Systems — AI for advanced cell analysis, biosensing, computational biology and precision diagnostics. Panellists: Asst. Prof. Park Seung-min (NTU), Dr. Sadao Ota (ThinkCyte) and Mr. Sean Tok (Vivogenia).

Call for abstracts (HIC Splash)
Abstract registration is open to researchers and students at universities and other research institutes, to educators and high-school students, and to Leave a Nest alumni. The official deadline is Monday 9 November 2026, 23:59. Accepted presenters give a 90-second Splash pitch and present an A0 poster.
Registration and fees
The organiser lists the entrance fee as free. Audience members register through the official participant ticket page. The meeting is aimed at researchers, academics, private institutions, innovators, government agencies, startups and corporates.
