2nd Health Tourism Future Forum (HTF 2026)
30 Nov 2026 – 02 Dec 2026 · Fairmont Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · In-Person
The 2nd Health Tourism Future Forum (HTF 2026) takes place 30 November – 2 December 2026 at Fairmont Riyadh, under the patronage of HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Riyadh Region. Organised by the Saudi Health Tourism Association (HTA), the forum positions Riyadh as the gateway to the GCC health-tourism market and brings together governments, global buyers, investors, and strategic partners to shape the next decade of the sector.
Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, HTF 2026 is designed as a working marketplace rather than a traditional conference — a B2B platform built for deals, partnerships, and destination development across healthcare, wellness, and medical tourism. Delegates will engage with policymakers, healthcare executives, investors, and innovators from more than 18 countries, exploring how integrated healthcare, tourism, digital transformation, and giga-project destinations (NEOM, Red Sea, AlUla, Amaala) are reshaping the regional and global landscape.
Programme highlights across the three days include:
• Day 1 (30 Nov) — Medical Tourism & Healthcare Transformation: the future of medical tourism in Saudi Arabia and the region, healthcare transformation under Vision 2030, international patient journeys and cross-border care, and investment in healthcare infrastructure and giga-projects.
• Day 2 (1 Dec) — Wellness, Longevity & Future of Wellbeing: wellness tourism and longevity destinations, preventive health, wellness investment and destination development, and global wellness partnerships and accreditation.
• Day 3 (2 Dec) — Workshops, Executive Training & B2B Engagement: accredited executive training, the Hosted Buyers Programme with pre-scheduled B2B matchmaking, and strategic partnership meetings.
Confirmed speakers include Eng. Saleh Al-Khabti (Deputy Minister of Investment), Dr. Ibrahim Alomar (Deputy Minister for Health Investment, MOH KSA), Dr. Reem Bunyan (CEO, Center for Improving Value in Health), Dr. Khalid Al Shaibani (CEO, Health Sector Transformation Program), Mr. Ahmed Aloraij (Chairman, Saudi Health Tourism Association), Dr. Thamer Nouh (CEO, Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital Riyadh), Michaela Kehrer (VisitBerlin — Berlin Health Excellence), Prof. Dr. Franz W. Peren (CEO, Medical Trust), and Dr. Kai-Uwe Aescht (CEO, Stuttgart Health) — among 40+ industry leaders.
Delegate benefits include a reserved hotel block at Fairmont Riyadh, a pre-booked airport transfer, Saudi eVisa or invitation-letter support, and an on-site concierge for hosted buyers, VIP assistance, international relations support, translation, and partnership-meeting coordination. All sessions, exhibits, and the gala dinner (30 November) take place at Fairmont Riyadh, a 30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport.
