- Organiser: BII Health (Business Impact Insights)
About the congress
The International Patient Experience Congress has grown into one of the region’s most respected platforms for advancing patient-centred healthcare. Across previous editions it has convened ministries, hospital CEOs, quality leaders, workforce strategists and digital innovators to share insight, challenge norms and drive measurable transformation.
The Riyadh edition expands that legacy into a multi-stage global healthcare congress that integrates patient experience, staff engagement, quality governance and intelligent care into a single platform. Rooted in regional priorities and elevated by global perspectives, IPXC Riyadh 2026 positions Saudi Arabia as a catalyst for healthcare transformation in line with Vision 2030 health-sector goals — the place where leadership aligns, policy meets practice, and innovation connects with impact.
Beyond the traditional conference
IPXC Riyadh 2026 is built as a multi-dimensional platform rather than a single-stage conference. The programme includes:
- Parallel conference streams across patient experience, quality and intelligent care
- Leadership CEO and Ministry panels
- Dedicated quality and governance discussions
- AI and intelligent-care dialogues
- Certified hands-on workshops
- A poster presentation passage for submitted work
- Always-active exhibition and innovation zones, plus startup demo sessions
- Live CPR demonstrations with onsite certification
- TEKX — a TED-style storytelling stage showcasing real, unfiltered narratives from nurses at the frontlines of care
- A premium Awards & Gala Evening, with an open call for award nominations
Scientific governance
The congress is guided by three dedicated committees: a General Scientific Committee overseeing strategic direction and content integrity, a Patient Experience Committee advising on experience-transformation frameworks and service-excellence standards, and a Quality Committee shaping governance, regulatory alignment, safety culture and measurable improvement strategies.
Who should attend
Hospital and cluster executives, patient experience and quality directors, patient safety and risk leaders, nursing leadership, health informatics and AI teams, accreditation and governance professionals, and policy makers across the GCC and beyond.
Participation
Delegate registration, award nominations and partnership enquiries are all handled through the congress contact page. Speaking proposals are accepted via the "Become a Speaker" route.
