Overview
HPV Symposium 2026 — "Leading the Fight Against HPV-Related Cancers: From Prevention to Elimination" is the first regional symposium dedicated exclusively to HPV-related cancers. Convened by the Rofaida Women's Health Organization on Saturday, 12 September 2026 (09:00–16:00) at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention, Riyadh, it serves as a national platform for clinicians, policymakers, researchers and public health experts to address the growing burden of HPV-related disease and to translate evidence into national action.
HPV causes six types of cancer affecting both women and men, so the scientific programme is deliberately multidisciplinary: gynecologists, oncologists, otolaryngologists, dermatologists, urologists, colorectal surgeons, pathologists, laboratory specialists, public health leaders and patient advocates share the same stage. Sessions cover HPV vaccination coverage in Saudi Arabia, the national cervical cancer screening programme, self-sampling and HPV primary testing, molecular triage and diagnostics, HPV-driven oropharyngeal cancer, and the broader spectrum of anal, penile, vulvar and vaginal malignancies — closing with an advocacy roadmap for elimination.
The symposium is accredited for 8 CME credit hours and includes lunch, refreshments, conference materials and a certificate of attendance.
