SIMCON 2026, the annual congress of the Sri Lanka College of Internal Medicine, is held in Colombo from 5–7 November 2026.

The congress is the principal academic event for internal medicine in Sri Lanka, featuring international and local faculty across cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, infectious disease, nephrology, gastroenterology and acute medicine.
