    About this event

    The XLIX National Congress of Internal Medicine of the Mexican College of Internal Medicine (CMIM) takes place in Mérida, Yucatán from 25–28 November 2026.

    Mexico's largest internal medicine meeting brings together several thousand internists for four days of clinical updates, guideline reviews and practical workshops. The programme covers cardiometabolic disease and the national diabetes and obesity burden, infectious disease, hospital and critical care medicine, geriatrics, women's health, and clinical decision-making under resource constraints.

    Alongside the scientific sessions there are certification-oriented review courses, free paper and poster competitions for residents, and a substantial industry exhibition.
