Summary: Equip final-year medical learners and junior medical doctors with the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for a seamless transition into residency, through immersive simulation-based training, interactive learning experiences, and evidence-based practice.
Objectives:
• Develop proficiency in establishing IV access safely and effectively
• Ensure competency in maintaining a patent airway using basic airway adjuncts
• Strengthen fundamental skills in wound assessment, closure, and post-procedural care
• Reinforce best practices in infection prevention and control
• Recognize and interpret critical ECG patterns in emergency scenarios
• Develop systematic and patient-centered history-taking skills
• Perform structured physical examination across systems
• Improve communication and teamwork within inter-disciplinary teams
