    Two-day live online Training-of-Trainers workshop by Medical Education Without Borders (MEWB). Upon completion of the workshop and the post-workshop exam, participants will be certified as Trainers at SCFHS.

    Target Audience: All Program Directors & Trainers involved in SCFHS Postgraduate Training Programs.

    Learning Objectives:

    1. Discuss the concept of curriculum and its importance.
    2. Formulate well-written, effective learning objectives.
    3. Identify different effective clinical teaching methods.
    4. Demonstrate understanding of the characteristics of effective feedback and its barriers.
    5. Outline the principles of assessment and apply appropriate assessment tools in the teaching/training session.
    6. Discuss CanMEDS roles and competencies.
    7. Recognize the signs of trainees in difficulty and manage them.
