A two-day online Train the Trainer (TOT on The Go) course delivered by the Riyadh Second Health Cluster Continuous Professional Development Administration, Educational Activities Department, and held live over Zoom on 26–27 September 2026 from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM.
Course Director: Dr. Ibrahim Al-Homood. Faculty: Dr. Ibrahim Al-Homood, Dr. Saleh AlSaif, Dr. Khalid AlMatham and Dr. Sawsan AlBatati. The course is open to all medical fields, making it suitable for physicians, residents, nurses, pharmacists and allied health staff who teach, supervise or assess trainees in the clinical workplace.
The programme is built around four practical modules:
- Teaching on the Go — applying clinical teaching methods in busy service settings and developing measurable learning objectives.
- Assessment on the Go — applying workplace-based assessment tools and differentiating formative from summative assessment.
- Mentoring on the Go — delivering structured feedback and managing a trainee in difficulty using a structured approach.
- Competencies on the Go — identifying the seven CanMEDS roles and applying CanMEDS competencies in teaching and assessment.
Topics covered across the two days include the learning plan and learning environment, teaching on the run, assessment on the run, effective feedback, and CanMEDS competencies.
Registration fees: 500 SAR for RC2 staff and 1,000 SAR for non-RC2 staff (15% VAT included).
