The 71st edition of the MENASO Education Academy Cerebrovascular Grand Round is a live webinar on Thursday 19 November 2026, from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM Dubai time. It is organised by the Middle East & North Africa Stroke Organization (MENASO) in collaboration with the European Stroke Organisation (ESO).
This edition focuses on Cerebral Small Vessel Disease: What Imaging Should Change in Clinical Management. Small vessel disease is one of the most common findings on brain imaging and a major contributor to stroke, cognitive decline and disability, yet translating MRI findings into concrete management decisions remains challenging in everyday practice. The session is aimed at helping clinicians understand how imaging features of small vessel disease should inform diagnosis, risk assessment and treatment.
The MENASO Cerebrovascular Grand Round is a long-running monthly educational series bringing regional and international stroke experts together online for case-based teaching and discussion. It is relevant to neurologists, stroke physicians, neuroradiologists, emergency and internal medicine physicians, nurses, allied health professionals and trainees involved in cerebrovascular care.
