2026 ASCP & CAP-ACP Annual Meeting
17 Nov 2026 – 20 Nov 2026 · Palais des congrès de Montréal, Montréal, Canada · In-Person
The 2026 ASCP Annual Meeting, jointly hosted with the Canadian Association of Pathologists (CAP-ACP), takes place 17–20 November 2026 in Montréal, Québec, Canada. This one-meeting-for-all event brings together pathologists, laboratory professionals, residents, medical laboratory scientists, phlebotomists, and the entire laboratory team for four days of scientific sessions, hands-on workshops, interactive case discussions, and networking. The scientific program spans anatomic and clinical pathology, hematopathology, molecular diagnostics, digital pathology and AI in the lab, transfusion medicine, microbiology, cytopathology, and laboratory management. Attendees can earn CME/CMLE credits, engage with a large industry exhibition of diagnostics vendors, participate in resident and fellow programming, and connect with international colleagues in a collaborative, cross-border format. The theme — "Where innovation meets the laboratory" — emphasises how modern lab medicine is built brick by brick through shared knowledge and collective advancement. Montréal serves as the vibrant backdrop, offering social events, cultural experiences, and opportunities to strengthen professional relationships across the ASCP and CAP-ACP communities. Full schedule and registration are available on the official ASCP annual meeting site.
