Saudi Face 2026 is a two-day international facial aesthetics conference taking place on 30–31 October 2026 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Billed by its organisers as Riyadh's premier medical aesthetics event, it brings together globally renowned leaders in facial plastic surgery around three themes: 3D anatomical mastery, pioneering surgical innovation, and the frontiers of facial rejuvenation.
The meeting is founded and led by Dr. Faleh Alshahrani (Co-Founder and Course Director) and Dr. Saad Hajeri (Co-Founder and Scientific Committee Chair). Organisers expect 2,000+ attendees, 60+ global speakers and delegates from 30+ countries.
The scientific content is organised into three tracks. The Face Track covers facelift and neck-lift surgery, brow and forehead lifting (including endoscopic approaches), minimal-access deep-plane techniques, ear surgery and facial rejuvenation. The Rhinoplasty Track addresses structural preservation rhinoplasty, dorsal grafting, and why rhinoplasty fails. The Derm & Injectables Track covers minimally invasive and non-surgical procedures, scar treatment with exosomes and laser-assisted drug delivery, and dermatological techniques such as melanocyte–keratinocyte transplantation for post-burn leukoderma.
A defining feature is immersive learning: live surgical demonstrations (including a live face and neck lift and live rhinoplasty), 3D anatomy sessions and expert-led discussion that bridge theory and real-world clinical practice. Confirmed faculty published on the official site (59 listed at the time of writing, marked as preliminary) include Dr. Dean Toriumi (structural preservation rhinoplasty), Dr. Mario Ceravolo (management of excess facial and cervical skin), Dr. Giovanni Botti (live face and neck lift), Dr. Ramtin Kassir (defining the ideal neck), Dr. Raj Kanodia, Dr. Adel Alsuhaibani, Dr. Naci Celik, Dr. Emre Ilhan and Dr. Sami Alharthi (President of UK FACE Congress), alongside a large group of Saudi and regional surgeons and dermatologists.
The organisers' stated mission is to position Saudi Arabia as a global leader in aesthetic medicine, advancing facial cosmetic surgery through innovation, education and clinical excellence, while equipping surgeons and practitioners with refined clinical judgment and advanced expertise. The event also hosts FaceX, a companion programme promoted on the official site.
Target audience: facial plastic surgeons, plastic surgeons, ENT/otolaryngology–head and neck surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons, dermatologists and aesthetic medicine practitioners.
