Integrated Behavioral Health Models Webinar — hosted by the Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) Network (Central East ATTC and Mountain Plains ATTC collaborating).
The first webinar of this series focuses on models of integrated behavioral health and primary care from the perspective of three comprehensive systems of care:
- Lawrence Memorial Hospital (Kansas) — implementing the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM)
- Spectra Health (North Dakota) — an award-winning Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) implementing the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Model
- South Dakota Urban Indian Health (SDIUH) — operating two PCMHs grounded in collective healing, holistic wellness, and indigenous values
The webinar explores the rationale for choosing an integrated model, how these models are operationalised in practice (referral criteria, quality-improvement metrics, financing), patient and provider experiences, and key considerations for implementation.
