The 21st Annual Cardiometabolic Health Congress (CMHC) takes place 15–17 October 2026 at the Boston Park Plaza in Boston, Massachusetts, with a pre-conference on 14 October and the exhibit hall open 15–16 October. Building on over two decades of leadership in cardiometabolic health education, CMHC unites healthcare providers from around the globe to transform cutting-edge research into actionable strategies that enhance patient care.
The 2026 theme — "Weaving a Tapestry of Prevention, Innovation, and Care in Cardiometabolic Health" — spans diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, obesity, kidney disease and cardiovascular disease, with interactive workshops, real-world case discussions and practical sessions. The keynote, "25 Years of Dementia Prevention: From Risk Factor Discovery to Prevention Trials," is delivered by Professor Rachel Whitmer of UC Davis.
Chairs: Anne L. Peters, MD (endocrinologist); Christie M. Ballantyne, MD (cardiologist); Robert H. Eckel, MD (endocrinologist); and Keith C. Ferdinand, MD (cardiologist). The program is designed for cardiologists, endocrinologists, lipidologists, primary care clinicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, dieticians and pharmacists.
