Heart Failure 2026, organised by the Heart Failure Association (HFA) of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), takes place 9–12 May 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, with a parallel online platform. The 2026 theme — Evolution in Heart Failure — focuses on transforming discovery into impact across prevention, precision diagnosis and treatment.
Expect breakthrough therapies, novel devices, AI-powered tools, remote monitoring, novel drug classes and integrative strategies that make precision medicine a reality. The programme features late-breaking trials, hands-on tutorials, satellite symposia, the HFA Career Café, and one of the largest cardiovascular industry exhibitions in Europe.
