UEG Week is the four-day annual congress of United European Gastroenterology, bringing together digestive health experts from around the world to share the latest multidisciplinary research and advances. UEG Week 2026 takes place 17–20 October 2026 in Barcelona (Fira Gran Via) and online.

- Nurse Programme in cooperation with ESGENA
- Hands-on Programme with ESGE/ESGENA (endoscopy), EFSUMB (ultrasound) and ESSAT (workshops)
- Digestive Disease Mechanism (DDM) Summit — a dedicated space for basic scientists, focused this year on the cellular drivers of inflammation
- ESGE Live Endoscopy, Clinical Case Discussions, Common Interest Groups (CIG), abstract and late-breaker sessions, moderated posters, and industry symposia and exhibition
