The ESMO Gastrointestinal Cancers Congress 2027 runs in Barcelona from 30 June to 3 July 2027, covering the full range of digestive tract and hepatobiliary malignancies.

Sessions address colorectal cancer (MSI-high immunotherapy, BRAF and KRAS-targeted strategies, ctDNA-guided adjuvant therapy, total neoadjuvant therapy in rectal cancer), gastric and oesophageal cancer, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma and biliary tract cancers, neuroendocrine tumours of the GI tract, and anal cancer.

The congress is multidisciplinary by design, drawing medical oncologists, GI and hepatobiliary surgeons, gastroenterologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists and pathologists into shared tumour board style discussions alongside practice-changing trial data.
