Overview
The 9th Annual Meeting of the International Academy for Clinical Hematology (IACH) takes place 15–17 October 2026 at Le Méridien Paris Arc de Triomphe, Paris, France, and simultaneously online via live broadcast. Chaired by Prof. Mohamad Mohty (France) and Prof. Arnon Nagler (Israel), the meeting has grown into one of Europe's most focused clinical-hematology forums — deliberately built around controversy, case discussion and panel debate rather than one-way lecturing.
The 2026 edition runs four parallel scientific tracks under one roof:
- IACH — the core plenary track, including the Awards Session.
- COMydAL — Controversies in Myelodysplastic syndromes and Acute Leukemia (MDS I–III, AML I–III, CMML/MDS-MPN).
- COLYM — Controversies in Lymphoma (aggressive and indolent lymphoma, Hodgkin, CLL, cellular therapy in lymphoma).
- MPNCo&D — MPN Controversies & Debates (myelofibrosis, PV/ET, JAK inhibitor sequencing, novel agents).
- Transplant track — allogeneic HCT and cellular therapy: conditioning, GVHD prophylaxis, post-HCT management, complications and transplantation in non-malignant disease.
Why attend
Hematology is moving faster than the guidelines can absorb — TP53-mutated myeloid neoplasms, menin and IDH inhibitors in AML, MRD-driven transplant decisions, CAR-T versus alloHCT in high-risk B-ALL, gene therapy for sickle cell disease, and CAR-T in autoimmune disease all appear on the 2026 agenda. IACH is designed for the clinician who has to translate those data into Monday-morning decisions: nearly every session ends in a panel discussion with the full faculty, and the case-based industry symposia deal directly with sequencing and toxicity management.
Faculty
More than 80 international faculty are confirmed, including Mohamad Mohty, Arnon Nagler, Valeria Santini, Amer Zeidan, Mehdi Hamadani, Mohamed Kharfan-Dabaja, Stefano Luminari, Anna Sureda, Claire Harrison, Ruben Mesa, John Mascarenhas, Naveen Pemmaraju, Francesco Passamonti, Amy DeZern, Robert Hasserjian, Matteo Della Porta, Lionel Adès, Fabio Ciceri, Bipin Savani and Jean-Jacques Kiladjian.
