The 25th European Congress of Internal Medicine (ECIM 2027) is held in Paris from 31 March to 3 April 2027, organised by the European Federation of Internal Medicine (EFIM).

ECIM is Europe's flagship internal medicine congress, uniting general internists, hospitalists, subspecialists and trainees from across EFIM's national member societies. The scientific programme addresses multimorbidity and complexity, acute and hospital medicine, cardiometabolic and thrombotic disease, infection and antimicrobial stewardship, immune-mediated and rare diseases, clinical reasoning and diagnostic error, artificial intelligence in medicine, and the future of the internal medicine workforce in Europe.

The congress features EFIM working group sessions, clinical case competitions, the Young Internists programme, oral and poster abstract presentations, and joint symposia with partner societies including ACP and ISIM.
