The ESMO Targeted Anticancer Therapies Congress (TAT) 2027 takes place in Paris on 22–24 February 2027. TAT is ESMO's early drug-development meeting, built around the design, conduct and interpretation of phase I and early phase II oncology trials.

The programme covers novel targets and first-in-human data, antibody-drug conjugates, degraders and molecular glues, radiopharmaceuticals, dose-optimisation strategies (Project Optimus), innovative trial designs, translational pharmacology, and the regulatory pathway for accelerated approvals.

TAT is attended by early-phase investigators, translational scientists, pharmacologists, regulators and industry drug developers, and includes the TAT Honorary Award lecture.

Accredited for CME/ECMEC credits by the EACCME. Abstract and registration deadlines are published by ESMO closer to the congress.
