This program marks a first-of-its-kind national initiative in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, officially accredited by SCHS. It is a transformative initiative designed to empower every member of your healthcare team — from frontline clinicians, department heads, and executive administrations — with a proactive lens through which to view their business-as-usual activities and strategic planning. Trainees will be equipped with practical tools and strategic mindset to identify and analyze potential risks to patient safety and operational excellence, actively build a culture of resilience, and forge a robust framework that integrates enterprise risk mitigation into operations.
Objectives:
• Define the core components of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
• Categorize key enterprise risks into specific domains and assess their potential impact and likelihood
• Develop a comprehensive enterprise risk appetite statement tailored to a specific organizational context
• Ethically apply (ERM) Artificial Intelligence and data analytics concepts
• Formulate a crisis communication strategy and respond effectively to a simulated enterprise-level crisis
Target Audience: All clinical/non-clinical healthcare workforce including Clinical Leaders, Quality & Safety Staff, Risk & Compliance Staff, Administrative Leaders, and Health Care Providers.
Certificate of Competency will be added to Mumaris Plus upon completion.
