Australian Healthcare Week 2027, with the co-located Healthcare 2040 Expo, returns to ICC Sydney on 17–18 March 2027 for its fifteenth year. Organisers describe it as the biggest and most influential healthcare exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere.

AHW spans the full healthcare spectrum rather than a single specialty: hospital design and infrastructure, digital health and AI at scale, virtual and remote care, aged care, nursing and workforce, patient experience, procurement and facilities management. The event is structured as a large free exhibition with multiple co-located conference streams, so clinical leaders, technologists, policymakers and suppliers share the same floor.
Healthcare 2040 Expo. The 2026 debut edition of Healthcare 2040 drew more than 5,000 clinicians, technologists, policymakers, founders and investors to ICC Sydney. Across two days its programme examined AI at scale, virtual care, health equity and the future workforce — and it returns alongside AHW in 2027.
Who attends.
