Overview
The Saudi Patient Safety Center (SPSC) hosts a free one-hour webinar on the Surgical Site Infections (SSI) Pathway, on Wednesday 19 August 2026, 8:00–9:00 PM (KSA time), delivered online via Microsoft Teams and open to all healthcare practitioners.
Surgical site infections remain one of the most common and most preventable healthcare-associated infections. This session walks through the SSI pathway end to end — how risk accumulates before, during and after the operation, how protocols support early detection and timely intervention, and how outcomes are monitored across the care continuum.
