    The ISOM/MOMS International Joint Congress 2026 is a landmark two-day gathering at the QEII Conference Centre, London (7–8 December 2026), bringing together the International Society of Obstetric Medicine (ISOM) and the MacDonald UK Obstetric Medicine Society (MOMS). It is a global platform for clinicians, researchers, and educators committed to improving the care of women with medical disorders in pregnancy, featuring world-class speakers, interactive workshops, and cutting-edge research.

    Congress programme (two days) Day 1 — Lifestyle factors (GLP-1 therapies, sleep, emerging issues such as legal highs), updates across medical specialties, global health challenges, abstract presentations, ionising radiation in pregnancy, and statin use in pregnancy. Day 2 — International perspectives and global updates, management of rare chronic conditions, complex clinical scenarios (malignancy, end-of-life care in pregnancy), future directions including artificial intelligence, and further abstract presentations.

    SIM Training Day (optional add-on) — Wednesday 9 December Half-day simulation programme in Obstetric Medicine at the Royal London Hospital state-of-the-art simulation suite. Designed for obstetricians, physicians, anaesthetists and midwives, focusing on emergency management of medical problems in pregnant and postpartum women. Multidisciplinary expert faculty, certificate of attendance, places limited to 30. Fee £95. Only Doctors in Training are eligible. Book via the congress registration.
