The 54th ESCP Autumn Symposium brings together clinical pharmacy professionals, educators and researchers for three inspiring days exploring the digital transition of care. Day 1: transition of care in a digital ecosystem. Day 2: training the next generation of clinical pharmacists. Day 3: research frontiers generating evidence for digital transition. Includes a Masterclass (11 Oct), plenary lectures, workshops across 3 days, the Steve Hudson Lecture, oral communications, poster discussions and Special Interest Group meetings.
