Overview
The 3rd Edition of the International Arabian Summit on Pulmonary and Critical Care 2026 takes place on 27–28 October 2026 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the theme "Advancing Respiratory Care, Saving Lives." Organised by ConferenceMinds, the two-day summit brings together pulmonologists, intensivists, thoracic surgeons, respiratory therapists, sleep medicine specialists, emergency physicians, researchers and industry partners from across the Gulf and internationally.
The programme is built around the intersection of respiratory medicine and intensive care: how chronic airway disease, pulmonary vascular disease and lung cancer are being reclassified and re-treated, and how ICU practice is changing with newer ventilation strategies, sepsis bundles, infection-control standards and digital monitoring. Sessions combine plenary lectures, oral and poster presentations, clinical case discussions, workshops and panel debates, with a parallel exhibition of respiratory diagnostics, ventilation technology and digital health platforms.
Day one is devoted to Innovations in Pulmonary Medicine and Respiratory Care, opening with a plenary on emerging trends in pulmonary medicine and moving through COPD and asthma management, respiratory infections and tuberculosis, interventional pulmonology, mechanical ventilation and respiratory support, sleep medicine, pulmonary rehabilitation, thoracic imaging, paediatric pulmonology, pulmonary hypertension and the growing role of AI and digital health in respiratory care.
Day two turns to Future Perspectives in Critical Care and Intensive Medicine, with a keynote on the future of critical care followed by sessions on emergency and trauma critical care, sepsis and multi-organ failure, ICU infection control and patient safety, lung transplantation and advanced therapies, critical care nursing and patient monitoring, emerging respiratory diseases, ethical and legal questions in the ICU, robotics and AI in intensive care, and advanced critical care procedures. The day closes with a Young Researchers Forum, an industry innovation showcase and an awards ceremony.

Call for Abstracts
Abstracts are invited for oral, poster, e-poster and workshop presentation. Submissions should be in English, 250–300 words, in MS Word (.doc/.docx), Times New Roman 11 pt, structured as title, authors and affiliations, corresponding author email, background/objective, methods, results, conclusion, and 3–5 keywords. The organisers state that acceptance is confirmed within 24–48 hours of submission. No public closing date has been published; submissions are being accepted through the ConferenceMinds abstract portal.
