The 42nd Annual EAU Congress (EAU27) takes place on 19–22 March 2027 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Organised by the European Association of Urology, the EAU Annual Congress is the largest urology meeting in Europe and one of the biggest in the world, drawing thousands of urologists, researchers, residents and allied health professionals each year.
EAU27 promises a thorough update on the latest innovations and scientific breakthroughs to improve daily practice, in the words of EAU Secretary General Prof. Arnulf Stenzl. The scientific programme is organised around dedicated tracks covering the full spectrum of the specialty: prostate cancer, urothelial cancer, renal and rare cancers, urolithiasis, functional urology and lower urinary tract symptoms, and reconstructive urology and andrology — each with its own platform of sessions, live surgery, debates and hands-on training.
Abstract submission is now open, with a deadline of 1 November 2026 (23:59 CET), and the EAU has also opened its call for nominations for the association's prestigious urology awards. Accommodation booking is available through the official congress portal.
