The Heart Failure Working Group of the Turkish Society of Cardiology (Türk Kardiyoloji Derneği) holds its 5th National Heart Failure Meeting at the Wyndham Grand İstanbul Levent from 11–13 September 2026. The meeting is the group's flagship national forum for clinicians managing acute and chronic heart failure, chaired by Prof. Dr. Hakkı Kaya, President of the TKD Heart Failure Working Group, under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Ertuğrul Okuyan of the Turkish Society of Cardiology.
Why this meeting matters
Heart failure remains one of cardiology's heaviest burdens: prevalence keeps climbing while morbidity and mortality stay stubbornly high. The organising committee has built the programme around that reality — a working update rather than a survey of the field.
