Family Medicine Forum 2026 (FMF)

Family Medicine Forum (FMF) is Canada's largest and most comprehensive annual conference for family physicians, hosted by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). FMF 2026 takes over the Metro Toronto Convention Centre for four days of education, research and networking spanning the entire discipline of family medicine.
Program Goals
FMF is designed to help family physicians and primary care teams:
- Develop existing skills or acquire new skills in areas relevant to daily practice, including teaching, research, advocacy and clinical care
- Access top-quality, relevant and current educational opportunities for those offering comprehensive family medicine, as well as members of the Member Interest Groups Section
- Appraise and discuss family medicine research through free-standing papers and poster presentations
Who Attends
Family physicians, family medicine residents and students, nurse practitioners, and the wider primary care team from across Canada and internationally. The meeting combines clinical updates across the breadth of primary care with sessions on practice management, health policy and physician wellness.
