    About this event

The 41st Clinical Applications for Age Management Medicine Conference took place on 7–11 October 2026 at The M Resort & Spa in Henderson, in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, Nevada, United States. Organised by the Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG), the meeting used the theme “Advancing Longevity thru Evidence-Based Strategies and Technology.” Its structure combined two days of pre-conference workshops with three general-session days from 9 to 11 October.

The general sessions addressed clinical applications across longevity, endocrine and metabolic health, patient assessment and preventive practice. Announced topics included applied genomics, monitoring ageing beyond telomeres, inflammation as a modifiable driver of ageing, hair loss, hormones and weight, functional indices of longevity, AI imaging and epigenetic clocks. Other discussions covered estradiol in breast-cancer survivors, intimate wellness, advanced assessment with VO2Max demonstrations and routine fasting. These are recorded as conference topics, not as an endorsement of a particular treatment or a substitute for independent evaluation of the clinical evidence.

Six workshop streams were published. Wednesday offered Essential Knowledge in the Clinical Use of Peptides, Practice Management, and Bioadaptive Aesthetics—Peptides & Regeneration. Thursday offered Advanced Peptides, Longevity & the Microbiome, and The Laboratory of Functional Medicine. The essential peptide workshop required participants to bring a laptop for an optional examination, with the organiser specifying an 80% passing score for its course certificate. It was explicitly designated a non-CME workshop. Each published session’s timing, presenter information and description is retained in the indexed program, including regulatory and evidence limitations discussed in the original material.

The official faculty roster and linked biographies include William H. Andrews of Sierra Sciences, John C. Carrozzella of the Florida Center for Hormones and Wellness, Edwin N. Lee of the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, Luis Martinez of XanoGene Clinics and the Clinical Peptide Society, and William Clearfield, alongside other clinicians and educators. The organiser advertised up to 18 AMA CME credits for selected courses; that wording does not mean every workshop carried credit, and no Saudi accreditation is claimed.

The exhibition ran alongside the educational program, with published hours on 8–10 October. A populated company directory and named current-edition sponsors were not verified in the reviewed source. No abstract-submission call was established. This listing preserves the October 2026 meeting as an archived edition and does not imply that registration remains available or substitute an upcoming AMMG conference’s program.
