    About this event

The Roundtable of Longevity Clinics is a small-format, peer-level convening for the people who actually run longevity clinics, and its fourth edition takes place over two days at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in Novato, California — the only independent research institute in the world dedicated solely to the biology of ageing.

The Roundtable exists because clinic leaders rarely compare notes in public. Commercial conferences reward marketing; this meeting is structured for candid discussion of the things operators normally keep private: which diagnostics are worth their cost, which protocols hold up under scrutiny, how outcomes are tracked, what patients actually renew, how staff are trained and retained, and what the economics of a longevity practice look like once the enthusiasm is stripped out.

Being hosted at the Buck Institute keeps the scientific standard high. Previous editions have drawn figures including Nir Barzilai, director of the Institute for Aging Research at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and one of the principal investigators behind metformin and ageing research. The format is deliberately capped and no-fluff, which means places are limited and attendance is targeted at clinic founders, medical directors and senior operators rather than general delegates.

For Gulf-based physicians and healthcare investors opening preventive or longevity services, this is arguably the most directly useful meeting on the calendar, because the material is operational. Clinics across Saudi Arabia and the UAE are currently making the same build decisions that North American operators made three to five years ago, and the Roundtable is where those decisions are debriefed honestly.

Note that while the organiser's banner describes this as the 4th edition, its About text still refers to the third edition in places; treat the banner as current. Registration details, attendance criteria and the agenda are published by the organiser, and prospective attendees should apply early given the small format.
