LongevityFest is the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine's flagship congress and the largest clinical longevity meeting in the world, drawing 10,000+ clinicians and 150+ faculty to The Venetian & Palazzo Resort in Las Vegas. The 2026 edition marks 34 years of the World Congress on Anti-Aging Medicine and runs from 10 to 13 December.
The week is built in layers. Five one-day pre-conference workshops run on 10 December — Skinspan, Why Detoxing Isn't Enough, Regenerative and Longevity Medicine, The Androgen Advantage, and Cellular Renewal 3.0 — each a deep dive with additional CME hours. The core three-day congress follows from 11 to 13 December with main-stage keynotes each morning and four concurrent clinical breakout tracks each afternoon, offering up to 15+ CME hours. Running alongside are the Fellowship in Longevity Medicine, a module-based advanced training programme with limited seats, and a Peptide Therapy Certification track.
