The fourth annual Healthspan Summit runs for two days at Above the Block in West Los Angeles and is the main mid-market business meeting for the clinical longevity sector in the United States, sitting on the calendar between the Longevity Investors Conference in September and A4M's LongevityFest in December.
The programme is organised around three tracks. The Longevity Medicine and Clinical Innovation track covers diagnostics, biological-age testing, geroprotective protocols, hormone and metabolic optimisation, and how clinics build evidence-based service lines. The Aesthetic Innovation / Beautyspan track addresses skin, regenerative aesthetics and the overlap between appearance-driven and health-driven demand. The Fitness, Recovery and Human Performance track covers training science, sleep, recovery technology and the performance end of healthy ageing.
Healthspan Summit is explicitly a business-to-business event: the audience is clinicians who own or run practices, medical directors, founders, operators and investors, rather than a general consumer audience. That focus makes it one of the more useful meetings for anyone deciding what a longevity service line should actually contain, how it should be priced, and which claims can be defended. The summit has a track record of platforming figures before they reach the mainstream — Bryan Johnson spoke at the 2023 edition ahead of the "Don't Die" wave.
For clinicians and healthcare entrepreneurs in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf who are building preventive-medicine, wellness or longevity offerings, the summit is a condensed view of how the North American market has structured the same services, including the operational detail that scientific conferences usually leave out: staffing, diagnostics vendors, membership models and patient retention.
Every pass covers both summit days. Tickets opened in June 2026 and are tiered, so pricing rises closer to the event. Confirm the final agenda, speaker list and venue arrangements with the organiser before booking travel.
