The Global Menopause Forum is a two-day meeting held 3–4 December 2026 at the Landmark Amman Hotel in Amman, Jordan, organised by the Jordanian Menopause Society in collaboration with the Jordanian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (JSOG).
Sessions run each afternoon from 14:00 to 18:00 (UTC+3), a format chosen to let practising clinicians attend without giving up full clinic days. The forum is dedicated to menopause and midlife women's health, an area where regional practice has been slow to catch up with revised international guidance on menopausal hormone therapy. Expected content spans symptom assessment and vasomotor symptom management, the current risk-benefit evidence for systemic and local hormone therapy, non-hormonal and emerging pharmacological options, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, bone health and fracture prevention, cardiometabolic risk after menopause, mood and cognition, premature ovarian insufficiency, and the counselling conversations that determine whether women stay on effective treatment.
The pairing of a dedicated menopause society with Jordan's principal obstetrics and gynaecology body positions the forum as an authoritative regional update rather than a general OB-GYN meeting, and the English-language programme signals international faculty participation.
Registration is managed on the FCO Organizer platform and requires creating a participant account. Published fees are 150 JOD for physicians and 100 JOD for residents. The forum is likely to draw gynaecologists, family physicians, endocrinologists, internists and women's-health nurses from Jordan and the surrounding region. For Saudi and Gulf clinicians, it is one of very few meetings in the region built entirely around menopause care rather than treating it as a single session inside a larger OB-GYN congress.
