The 12th Psychiatry Summit and 19th Anxiety Congress (Psikiyatri Zirvesi 2027) will be held on 25–28 March 2027 at the Regnum Carya Hotel & Convention Center in Antalya, Türkiye. The meeting is organised by the Psychiatric Sciences and Research Association (PİBAD) and co-chaired by Prof. Dr. Nesrin Dilbaz and Prof. Dr. Oğuz Karamustafalıoğlu, President of PİBAD.
The congress aims to bring distinguished speakers together with all stakeholders of psychiatry, updating knowledge through dynamic, interactive sessions. Building on previous editions — which featured senior representatives of Türkiye's Social Security Institution (SGK) and Ministry of Health — the 2027 programme will address the most current topics in psychiatry from multiple angles, with particular attention to functionality and a holistic approach across both diagnosis and treatment.
The scientific content spans the full breadth of modern psychiatric practice, from neuroimaging and genetics to psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, presenting preclinical and clinical evidence-based knowledge through national and international experts. Conferences, panels, satellite symposia and debates will cover effective and safe approaches to diagnosis and treatment across all age groups, with speakers drawn from every region of Türkiye alongside international faculty.
The combined summit-and-congress format has made this meeting one of the largest psychiatry gatherings in the region, attracting psychiatrists, residents, psychologists and mental-health professionals from Türkiye and neighbouring countries. Abstract submission, registration and accommodation details are available on the official congress website.
