The Mediterranean Cardiovascular Conference (MeCC 2026), organised by the Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery (TSCVS), will be held from 26 to 29 November 2026 in Antalya, Türkiye, under the motto "United We Beat." About MeCC
MeCC is an international meeting that brings the cardiovascular community of the Mediterranean basin and beyond to Antalya. Endorsed by TSCVS, it is linked to the society's peer-reviewed publishing, with accepted abstracts published through MeCC Abstracts (E-ISSN 2149-8156) after a formal abstract review process.
Scientific scope
The programme covers the full spectrum of cardiovascular surgery and its multidisciplinary partners, including:
- Coronary artery surgery — off-pump, arterial grafting and hybrid revascularisation
- Valve surgery — repair, minimally invasive and transcatheter approaches
- Aortic surgery — aneurysm, dissection, arch and endovascular therapy
- Vascular and endovascular surgery
- Congenital heart surgery
- Heart failure surgery, mechanical circulatory support and transplantation
- Perfusion, anaesthesia and intensive care of cardiac surgical patients
