The Middle East Heart Failure Conference (MEHFC) 2027 brings the region's cardiology community together with leading international voices in heart failure at Raffles Dubai — the pyramid landmark in the Wafi district, about 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport — on 15–17 January 2027.
Chaired by Dr. Feras Bader, MD, MS, MBA (Oxford), Chairman of the Middle East Heart Academy and Clinical Professor of Medicine and Cardiology at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University, the meeting offers state-of-the-art lectures, educational courses and symposia delivered by internationally recognised leaders in advanced heart failure and transplantation. Organisers describe more than 80 faculty and committee members and participation from over 20 countries.
The scientific programme spans the entire heart failure journey — prevention, epidemiology and translational science through diagnosis, guideline-directed medical therapy, device therapy and transplantation — pairing regional insight with global best practice. Indicative themes include:
- Acute and chronic heart failure management and real-world GDMT optimisation
- Cardiac imaging and diagnostics: echocardiography, biomarkers and multimodality assessment
- Cardio-renal and cardio-metabolic care across specialties
- Devices, remote monitoring and digital heart failure care
- HFpEF and multidisciplinary, nursing-led care models
The detailed programme, session times and invited faculty will be published closer to the event (programme topics expected 15 November 2026; invited faculty 5 December 2026).
