The 11th International Conference on Pediatric Emergency Medicine (ICPEM 2027) is held on 24–25 March 2027 at the University of Business and Technology (UBT) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a parallel online track via Zoom. It is organised by the Saudi Pediatric Emergency Medicine Society together with the American College of Emergency Physicians, under Future Vision for Health Training.
Accreditation. The activity is planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the Saudi Pediatric Emergency Medicine Society — an unusually strong accreditation pairing for a regional paediatric emergency meeting.
Scientific programme. The published agenda is case-driven and practical, moderated by Saudi PEM leaders including Dr Saleh Alshehri and Dr Hamad Almadi. Sessions include:

The two days continue through resuscitation, respiratory emergencies, sedation, toxicology and quality-of-care topics, with dedicated Q&A after each block.
Faculty. The invited faculty combines internationally recognised North American paediatric emergency physicians — Richard Cantor, Sean Fox, Todd Chang, Aaron Jenson and Chris Amato among them — with Saudi consultants leading PEM services locally. Supporting bodies visible on the conference site include the Saudi Pediatric Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Emergency Physicians and Alfaisal University.
Target audience. All health practitioners: paediatricians, emergency physicians and residents, paediatric emergency fellows, emergency nurses, paramedics and respiratory therapists. Both on-site attendance at UBT Jeddah and online participation are offered, with the registration fee and full programme published on the official site.
For Saudi-based trainees this is one of the few locally hosted meetings where ACCME-accredited paediatric emergency content is delivered by the faculty who write the international guidance.
