King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSHRC) hosts 12th Emergency and Critical Care Ultrasound Workshop 2026 on 27–28 November 2026 at Alfaisal University, Al Takhassusi, Riyadh.

The use of bedside ultrasound is rapidly becoming the standard of care in the management of critically ill patients and has been objectively shown to improve patient outcome and reduce morbidity. Its use is now mandated in many international centers and endorsed by professional organizations such as the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). It is important that all Emergency and Critical Care physicians become competent in ultrasound skills. This two-day ultrasound workshop will consist of a series of didactic lectures and up-to 10 hours hands-on workshops on live models and advanced simulators to maximize the potential knowledge retention.

The two-day course combines didactic lectures with up to 10 hours of hands-on scanning on live models and advanced simulators. No CME hours are listed.
