ESMO Breast Cancer 2027 convenes in Milan on 12–14 May 2027, ESMO's dedicated congress for the full spectrum of breast cancer care.

The scientific programme spans early and advanced disease: endocrine therapy and CDK4/6 inhibition, antibody-drug conjugates in HER2-low and triple-negative disease, PARP inhibitors and hereditary breast cancer, neoadjuvant strategies and de-escalation, ctDNA-guided monitoring, radiotherapy and surgical advances, survivorship, fertility and quality of life.

It is built for medical oncologists, breast surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, nurses and patient advocates, with proffered papers, educational sessions and multidisciplinary case discussions.
